ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (ARCHITECTURE) - REMEDIATION DIVISION - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is an international multidisciplinary company with an
expanding team of architects, fire engineers, assigned certifiers and
project managers
The Associate Director is instrumental in guiding the technical design
and project
planning processes across numerous projects. This role bridges the
operational
distance between Director-level personnel and our Design Manager,
ensuring the
seamless delivery of remediation solutions and compliance with
building
regulations.
Spearhead the technical design and planning phases of major
remediation endeavours.
Facilitate collaborations with consultants, contractors, regulatory
entities, and in- house teams.
Oversee and generate technical and contractual construction
documentation.
Conceive advanced technical solutions to meet the demands of intricate
remediation issues.
Guarantee alignment with the apex of quality standards and regulatory
stipulations.
Serve as a mentor, offering advice and support to budding
professionals.
Act as the central communication hub between clients and the
architectural team.
Foster a performance-driven atmosphere and champion the values of
excellence and constant growth.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor *;s or Master**Apply on the
website**;s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent).
• A minimum of * years of experience in
architectural practice, with significant
experience in leading diverse projects.
• Delivery of Public Works Contracts experience essential.
•. Knowledge and understanding of Department of Education SDGs
essential.
• Team scheduling and management essential.
• Deep technical knowledge, especially in building services,
construction methods,
materials, and fire safety measures.
• Proficiency inGood understanding of CAD software; experience with
BIM
technologies is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
• Proven experience in overseeing multiple work-streams and managing
large,
multidisciplinary teams.
